1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Purr Club platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Purr Club ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Platform Description

Purr Club is an online directory and advertising platform that allows adult users to publish and view personal profiles. The Platform provides tools for communication, profile management, and payment processing between users.

Purr Club does not provide, arrange, or facilitate any offline services. The Platform is strictly an information service and advertising directory. All arrangements made between users are done at their own discretion and responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for all content you publish on the Platform, including photos, descriptions, and messages.
  • You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Any form of human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation of persons.
  • Posting content involving minors or any person under the age of 18.
  • Solicitation or promotion of illegal activities of any kind.
  • Fraud, scamming, extortion, or blackmail of other users.
  • Distribution of malware, spam, or any harmful content.
  • Circumventing the Platform's security measures, payment systems, or moderation rules.

6. Zero Tolerance for Human Trafficking

Purr Club maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any form of modern slavery.

We actively monitor the Platform for signs of trafficking and exploitation. Our moderation team is trained to identify and report suspicious activity, including but not limited to: profiles that appear to be controlled by third parties, signs of coercion, underage individuals, and coordinated networks of fraudulent accounts.

Any user found to be involved in or facilitating human trafficking will be immediately and permanently banned from the Platform, and all available information will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

If you suspect that a person on the Platform is a victim of trafficking or exploitation, please contact us immediately through the Contact page or report the profile directly. All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Purr Club is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in the investigation and prosecution of criminal activities, including but not limited to human trafficking, exploitation, fraud, and other violations of applicable law.

Upon receipt of a valid legal request, court order, or subpoena, we will disclose relevant user data and information to the requesting authorities. This may include:

  • Account registration information (email, IP addresses, registration date).
  • Communication metadata and content where legally required.
  • Transaction records and financial information associated with the account.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Purr Club does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user profile, content, or information published on the Platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

Purr Club shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interaction, communication, or arrangement between users; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (d) any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to use the Platform at your own risk. Any transactions, meetings, or arrangements made through or facilitated by the Platform are solely between the parties involved. Purr Club is not a party to any such arrangement and bears no responsibility for the outcome.

9. Content and Moderation

All user-generated content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our community guidelines, without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that repeatedly violates our Terms or engages in prohibited activities.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request from law enforcement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any funds held in escrow will be handled according to our dispute resolution procedures.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
